Will I be charged any additional fees for the new card When I lost or stolen my credit card ?

No, there will be no additional charges to receive your new Credit Card.
If your credit card is lost or stolen please call Rakuten Card Contact center as soon as possible - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .
One of our Customer Service Officers will immediately block your old card and re-issue you with a new card with different card number.

※A reissue fee of 1,100 yen (including tax) will be charged for reissuing a card. However, reissuing the Rakuten Black Card, Rakuten Premium Card, Rakuten Gold Card, Rakuten Business Card, Rakuten Bank Card, and Rakuten ETC Card is free of charge.
