I cannot login to Rakuten e-NAVI since I forgot my Rakuten ID and password. What should I do?

Regarding your user ID and password, they are managed by Rakuten Ichiba.
You can confirm your user ID and reset your password using your computer or smartphone.
Please note that you will need the email address registered with your Rakuten membership for these procedures. Please check your email address in advance.
 

STEP 1: Confirm your user ID and go to the password reset page

Please enter the "email address" and "name" registered as a Rakuten membership.
You can change the language setting in the top right part of the page.

STEP 2: Check your user ID and password reset method

There are two verification methods to confirm user ID and reset password.
You can go to user ID confirmation page from the URL provided in the email. Alternatively, you can go to the confirmation page by entering the code provided in the email into the input field of the page.  

STEP 3: Confirm your email address

Please enter your email address again.

STEP 4: Confirm your user ID and change your password

You can check your user ID. If you need to reset your password, enter your new password and the text displayed in the captcha.
