Procedures to Register / Change Debit Account

The application procedure is as follows.
 
It takes 1-2 months for "Form Postage" because, it is required to get approval from financial insitutions and it takes time for postage. Be aware that you cannot specify the start date of direct debit.

Register / Change Debit Account via Rakuten e-NAVI

※No need to fill in the form / stamp seal(s)

 
  • The time available for the service differs depending on the financial institutions.Check the details below.
  • Make sure to allow Popups on your browser.
    For more details, please check the settings of your browser.
  • As for the application of the 2nd card, it is created with the same account as the 1st card.
    To change the debit account for the 2nd card, change the setting via  Rakuten e-NAVI or by postage. Make sure to select the card on Rakuten e-NAVI when changing the setting on e-NAVI.

Register / Change debit account by postage

1. Application via Rakuten e-NAVI
Click "郵送" (postage) Tab in the page after the link below and apply for the bank account change request
 
 
2. Application via Automatic Dialing
Prepare your card and call us

Steps
After the announcement at the beginning, follow the following steps
1. Press 4
2. Input your Credit Card number and Date of Birth
3. Press 3
 -You can press "4300" to skip the guidance.
 

Caution

  • Direct Debit is applied to the payment method according to the Membership Agreement.
    Make sure to complete the bank account registration at the earliest
  • The registered Debit account should belong to the credit card holder ONLY to guarantee security.
    For Family Cards / ETC Cards, the withdrawal is made from the debit account of the primary card holders.
  • The transaction is recorded as "ラクテンカードサービス" (meaning Rakuten Card Service) in the passbook.
  • It might take a few days for newly registered account information to be reflected on Rakuten e-NAVI.
  • If the debit account is set up during the application of membership, a separate application is unnecessary.
  • When the name of financial instituions or of the branch, is changed due to the merge of institutions, an application is unnecessary.
  • When ONLY the account holder's name is changed, an application is necessary.
    Registration of another debit account is possible. The procedures vary depending on the details of the applications. Please check the details from the link below.
 

About the procedure to set debit account for the 2nd card

  • Differet debit accounts can be set for each card

  • The 2nd card is created with the same account as the 1st card.
    The debit account can be changed on e-NAVI after registering the 2nd card
 
1. Log-in to Rakuten e-NAVI and "Additional Card Registration" 
 
2. Select newly registered 2nd card from the drop-down menu
 
3. The debit account can be changed.
Make sure to select the newly registered card.
