I want to cancel Edy Auto Charge

Edy Auto Charge can be canceled in the following ways: "Cancellation at a FamilyMart multi-function copier", "Cancellation with the Rakuten Edy app", or "Cancellation with a device such as Pasori".
If you want to use a PC, you will need a Pasori terminal.
If you do not have one, you can cancel Auto Charge via a FamilyMart multi-function copier or the Rakuten Edy app as stated above.

Cancellation using the Rakuten Edy app for iOS:
Cancellation using the Rakuten Edy app for Android:
Using a terminal such as Pasori:
After going to the Edy auto charge service of Rakuten e-NAVI, clicking the cancel button, and transitioning to the "release screen", you can cancel Auto Charge by holding your Rakuten card over a terminal device (such as Pasori).
*Only Microsoft Edge (IE mode) on Windows PCs can be used.

Please note:
- Even after canceling Edy Auto Charge, you can continue to use the remaining balance.
- It may take some time for the cancellation process to be reflected. Please wait and use up your remaining balance 2 days after.
