I cannot login to Rakuten e-NAVI although I put my user ID and password in correctly.

You need to login to Rakuten e-NAVI with the same user ID and password, which you used for your Rakuten card application.
If you cannot login to Rakuten e-NAVI despite having the correct user ID and password, there is a possibility that it may because your Rakuten ID is in English and doesn't have Furigana (Katakana). If your name on Rakuten ID is not same as your cardholder name including your registration name in Furigana, please click here and refer to the following instructions in order to confirm and change your name on Rakuten ID.
 
① In order to register your Furigana, please click "日本語" to switch to the Japanese site and then there will be a place to input Furigana.
 
②Please click the second "変更" button from the top in order to register your Furigana.
 
③You will have a space to fill-in Furigana. Please register the Furigana which is exactly same one you used for your Rakuten card application. After you complete this step, please login to Rakuten e-NAVI.
