The payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account even after the payment due date if you have a registered bank account at one of the below banks.
If there is insufficient funds in your bank account to complete your monthly payment, an additionally attempt to transfer funds will be made. If you ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your bank account , there is no need to contact us.
If on the second attempt there is still insufficient funds available in your account to make the payment at that time, then you will need to make your payment by bank transfer.
If you cannot pay by the due date and make automatic withdrawal again, we will charge a fee of 220 yen(tax included)a month after next.

Regarding the timing of withdrawals and when debiting is reflected
We are unable to provide information on the withdrawal and processing times of individual financial institutions. Please ensure that funds are available in your registered bank account by the business day before the wtihdrawal date.
To confirm you have been debited, please update your bankbook or check your transaction history the following day to confirm the transaction.
Notes
- If you have overdue payments from the previous month, you may not be eligible for a payment retry.
- If there are sufficient funds in your bank account and you make a transfer to our designated company account , it may result in a double payment to us. Please be careful when making transfers to our account.
- In the event of a double payment, the amount will be applied to your outstanding balance. If the amount paid exceeds your outstanding balance, the difference will be refunded to you.
About paying by bank transfer
If you do NOT have a registered account with one of the above banks or if there is still insufficient funds in your account to make the payment at the time of the second attempt to transfer funds, you will need to make your payment by bank transfer.
