I couldn't receive the card because my name on my ID card and the one that is registered with Rakuten card are different. What should I do?

回答

When you present your identity verification document to receive the credit card, your name on your ID card and the one that is registered with Rakuten Card should be exactly same.
If they are different, please contact us to change your registered name. Afterwards, we will resend your credit card to you.
