*1 If your Rakuten membership rank is "Diamond membership" or "Platinum membership" when you apply for ETC card, the annual membership fee is free in the first year. After the next year, ETC annual fee will not be charged if your Rakuten membership rank is "Diamond membership" or "Platinum membership" in the month the annual fee will be charged. (The month the annual fee charged should be the next month you get the ETC card.)
