I cannot login to Rakuten e-NAVI since I forgot my Rakuten ID and password. What should I do?

The User ID and Password for Rakuten e-NAVI login are the same as your Rakuten member information User ID and Password.
Your User ID and Password will be available for immediate use after any changes are completed.
*Please avoid setting a password that you use on other websites.

 

If you do not remember your User ID(or If your User ID is unknown)
If you forgot your password

 

If you don't know your User ID

If you do not remember your User ID, you can also log in using the email address registered in your Rakuten member information.
*Please note that the email address could be different from the one you registered on Rakuten e-NAVI.

If you are unable to log in even with the email address registered in your Rakuten Member Information Management, please contact the Rakuten Card Contact Center(Business hours: 9:30 - 17:30).

If you forgot your password

If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below.

STEP1

Click "Forgot your password?" on the Rakuten Member login screen.

STEP2

After entering the email address registered in your Rakuten member account and the displayed characters, a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Please check the link in the email and reset your password, or enter the authentication code provided in the email to proceed with the reset procedure.
