What does the error message mean when I submit Residence Card online?

We kindly request our customers who live in Japan but are not Japanese nationals to submit their residence card.

When you submit your Residence Card online, in certain cases an error messgae may be displayed.

The error message appears upon logging in.
- パスコードが違います。お送りしているパスコードをご確認の上、再度ログインをお願いいたします。
Wrong passcord.
Pleace check your passcord in the email or the documents that we sent you.
