ご提出の手順についてご案内しておりました書面に記載の二次元コードとURL、メールに記載のあるURLに一部誤りがございました。
提出方法・ご不明点については、下記ページよりご確認ください。
「在留カードのご提出サイトURL」、「パスコード」、「お問い合わせ番号」についてはお送りしたメール、あるいはお送りした書類に記載のものをご確認ください。
弊社では、日本国内に居住されている日本国籍をお持ちでない会員様との円滑なお取り引きを継続させていただくため、審査の一環として在留期間等の確認のために在留カード等のご提出をお願いしております。

In recent years, the importance of countering money laundering and terrorist financing in the international community has been steadily growing. In Japan, the credit card industry is working in cooperation with relevant government agencies to implement various countermeasures, and Rakuten Card is strengthening our initiatives as part of these efforts.
As part of these initiatives, we kindly request our customers who live in Japan but are not Japanese nationals to submit their residence card or other relevant documentation to facilitate a seamless transaction experience when using Rakuten Card services in the future.
