What if I can't remember the PIN for my Rakuten card?

If you would like to check the PIN for your Rakuten card, please log in to Rakuten e-NAVI from here.
After inputting your CVV code which is the final 3 digit number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card, please click on the red color registration button in the middle of the screen.
