You can check the status of your credit card application online.
If,for some reason,you are unable to check your status or you believe there is a discrepancy,please contact the Rakuten Card Contact Center.
＃In order to check your application status you will need the following:
・Your カード申し込み受付ID (Application Reference ID)
・Your Date of Birth
・The Last 4 Digits of Your Phone Number.
