※1  If your Rakuten membership rank is "Diamond membership" or "Platinum membership" when you apply for ETC card, the annual membership fee is free in the first year. After the next year, ETC annual fee will not be charged if your Rakuten membership rank is "Diamond membership" or "Platinum membership" in the month the annual fee will be charged. (The month the annual fee charged should be the next month you get the ETC card.)
Also, membership ranks are changed by midnight on the 2nd of each month, and we judge the updated information.

※2  For Rakuten Business Card holders, you can have more than 2 ETC cards. However, it costs ¥550 (Tax included) for each ETC card.

※3  On the cardboard sent with ETC card, notification of annual membership fee for ¥550 is printed even if you are exempted from annual membership fee.
