I lost my credit card. What should I do?

回答

Please contact us as soon as you realize that your credit card has been lost or stolen.
Once you have informed us of the loss, we will stop your credit card and issue you a new one with different card number.

※Please contact us and reverse the charge if you are calling from overseas.
 
※Since your card number will change, please contact companies which you currently making payment with your credit card such as gas and electric companies to inform them of your new credit card number.
 
※Even if you find the lost or stolen credit card, we cannot reactivate it. Therefore, if you find it and still have your money left as Rakuten Edy on your previous card, please use the balance before you despose of it since you cannot transfer your Edy balance to your new card.
 
※The amount of indemnity will be decided by insurance companies. For more details, please contact your insurance company.
 
※Burglary insurance is incidental to your credit card.
If credit card fraud happens to you, we may reimburse you for fraudulant charges up to 60 days prior to your reporting of the loss or theft.
However, please be aware that you may be charged for any delay in reporting your lost or stolen card, since it violates the obligation of your credit card safekeeping.
Therefore, please contact us immediately once you realize your credit card is either lost or stolen.
