The payment could not be withdrawn from my bank account on the payment due date. What should I do?

The payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account even after the payment due date if you have a registered bank account at one of the below banks.
If there is insufficient funds in your bank account to complete your monthly payment, an additionally attempt to transfer funds will be made.
If on the second attempt there is still insufficient funds available in your account to make the payment at that time, then you will need to make your payment by bank transfer.
If you cannot pay by the due date and make automatic withdrawal again, we will charge a fee of 220 yen (tax included) a month after next.

About paying by bank tranfer

If you do NOT have a registered account with one of the above banks or if there is still insufficient funds in your account to make the payment at the time of the second attempt to transfer funds, you will need to make your payment by bank transfer.

STEP2
When you hear the voice guidance, follow the steps below.
  1. Press "1" for cardholder.
  2. Press "2" for payments.
  3. Enter your "card number#" and "date of birth#".
  4. Press "3" if you were unable to withdraw.
 
STEP3
Please input your personal information and the date that you are going to make your payment by bank transfer. Then you will hear the amount and bank account details.
 

Notes

  • You will be charged a small bank transfer fee.
  • Please make sure that you enter your full name when you make the payment.
