My name was spelled incorrectly on my credit card. How can change it?

You can ask us to change your name on your credit card on Rakuten e-NAVI.
Please log in to Rakuten e-NAVI from here and select "Change your name such as Kanji and Romaji"（漢字やローマ字などの氏名の修正）.
Since we will send you the application form by mail in about a week, please make sure to check if your address on the screen is correct.
After you send the application form back to us, we will issue you the new card. And you do not have to send the previous credit card back to us.
Please carefully read the important notice regarding issuing a new card below.
If you have an additional credit card, you can also ask us to change your name on it. However you need to contact us on the phone.

※When you hear the voice guidance, follow the steps below.
- Press "1" for cardholder.
- Press "4" for various changes.
- Enter your "card number＃" and "date of birth＃".
- Press "1" for changing customer information.
※Representatives are available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Also available on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
1. Credit Card Number (No Change): The credit card number on the new credit card will be same as the one that you currently have.
2. Expiration Date (No Change): The expiration date on the new credit card will be same as the one that you currently have.
3. Rakuten Point Card Number (No Change): Credit cards issued from December 17, 2015 come with the Rakuten Point Card Function. There are some exceptional credit cards such as the Rakuten VIP loan Card.For more details, please take a look at the enclosed flyer that we will send with your new card.
＜If the card you currently has the Rakuten Point Card Function＞
■Rakuten Point Card number on your new credit card will be same as the one that you currently have.
■After you receive the new credit card, you will no longer be able to use your current Rakuten Point Card.
4. Edy number (Change):
＜If the card you currently has the Edy Function＞
■Although, the new card will also come with Edy function, your Edy number will be changed.
■We cannot carry over the Edy balance to your new credit card.
■If you cut up or destroy your current Edy card, you will be unable to use Edy anymore. Therefore, please make sure that there is no money left on your credit card before you cut it up or destroy it.
■You can still use Edy function even after you finish the process above, however the credit card will no longer be valid.
