When is the cutoff date for billing and the deadline for payment?

The deadline and payment dates of each month are as follows.
Direct debit members are requested to prepare funds in their registered account by the business day before the billing date.

Note
*We do not know the withdrawal time of each financial institution. To confirm the withdrawal, please write down the next day's passbook by yourself.
*The card usage deadline and billing date cannot be changed.
Also, please note that it is not possible to make a lump sum of payment for the current month in the next month. If it is difficult to pay for the current month, you can change the repayment method, such as changing to revolving payment or installment payment. Please check below for details.

The monthly billing amounts on Rakuten e-NAVI and the Rakuten Card app (including the Lite app) are updated around the 12th of each month.

*The deadline for using cards at Rakuten Ichiba, Rakuten Pay, and Rakuten Travel is the 25th of each month, usage from the 26th ~ the end of the month will be billed on the 27th of the following month.
*Depending on the timing of the arrival of the usage information from the merchant (store) to our company and the paperwork processing time, the billing month for card use may be after the month after the month of use instead of the month after the month of use.
