The Card Number Display service allows you to view your card number, security code, and other details through the Rakuten Card app.　

To start using this service, you need to complete the initial registration. After completing the initial registration, you can use the service by using biometrics.

Please complete the initial registration from the home screen of the Rakuten Card app.

*The Card Number Display service is not currently availlable on Rakuten Card Lite App. It is only available on the standard Rakuten Card App.

*For your security, the display of your card number and other sensitive details may be temporarily restricted for a period following your registration.

How to use the Card Number Display service through the Rakuten Card app

Please note, for security reasons, displaying your card number might be restricted for a certain period after registration.

If you lose the smartphone device on which you have set up the Card Number Display service

If your device with the Card Number Display service set up is lost or stolen, you can change the status to "Deactivate" via Rakuten e-NAVI.

※Please note that even if you change the Card Number Display service settings to "Deactivate" via Rakuten e-NAVI, you can still use your physical Rakuten Card.

Rakuten Card offers a service through Rakuten e-NAVI that allows you to remotely change the Rakuten Card Touch Payment settings on a lost or stolen smartphone device.

※Your Rakuten Card includes theft insurance; however, in the event that your smartphone is lost or stolen, transactions made using Rakuten Card Touch Payment are not covered by the theft insurance.

If your card information on the Card Number Display service shows an updated expiration date

When the expiration date of your card is approaching, the card information may be displayed with the updated expiration date and security code.
You can continue to use your current card until its expiration date.
