If your Rakuten Card is registered to your Rakuten member information, Rakuten Group, Inc. will automatically update your information (e.g. expiration date) with the details from your renewed Rakuten Card. 
Therefore, you do not need to manually update your registration.
Please note that it may take some time for the update to be reflected.
