Procedure via Automated Voice Response Line

You will need to enter your Rakuten ETC Card number. Please have it ready when you call.

Steps

1.Call 0120-30-6910 (toll-free).

2.After the initial announcement, when the guidance menu starts with "Please select the service you want.
You can operate even during the voice guidance," press "#4600".

3.Enter your Rakuten ETC Card number (the number starting with "7" on the card) and your date of birth.

※Please note that some cases have occurred where the credit card number was entered instead of the Rakuten ETC Card number, resulting in the inability to cancel. Please be careful.

If you have lost your Rakuten ETC Card

Please contact the Rakuten Card Loss and Theft Hotline (available 24 hours).
The loss and theft hotline is a dedicated line for quickly stopping the card in case of loss or theft.

• After completing the procedure, please remove the Rakuten ETC Card from the vehicle's device and cut it up with scissors to make it unusable before disposing of it.
• If you continue to use the Rakuten ETC Card and an accident occurs, we cannot be held responsible.
• If there is an outstanding balance, it will continue to be billed, so please be aware of this in advance.
• Canceling only the Rakuten ETC Card will not change your Rakuten membership rank.
