How to check or change your user ID and password when logging into Rakuten e-NAVI

The user ID and password for logging into Rakuten e-NAVI are the same as the user ID and password for your Rakuten member information. You can use the new user ID and password immediately after changing them.

  • If you use email address as your user ID, changing the email address in your Rakuten member information will also change your user ID.
  • If you change your user ID and password for Rakuten member information, you can log in to Rakuten e-NAVI with the new user ID and password, and there is no need to restart the Rakuten e-NAVI service setup process.
