For Rakuten Card transactions, you will earn 1 Rakuten Point for every 100 yen spent by the end of each month. These points, referred to as 'Rakuten Card Usage Points', will be awarded around the 15th of the following month. 

Please note that depending on the merchant, points may be awarded in the month after next or later.
